General Terms & Conditions
Any reference to the Company, Seller, We or Us shall mean Ex-Pressed Steel Panels Ltd (Company number: 2484231). As a user of the website (referred to as you & your, you acknowledge that any use of this website or is subject to our terms and conditions below.
If you are an international customer, we will provide a quotation for the total cost of the panels, shipping and any applicable taxes. All quotations are valid for 30 days, once expired, the quotation may be subject to price variation due to, but not exclusively, exchange rates.
Manufacturing Lead Times
Every panel we make is made to order, so you don’t pay for storage or warehousing, and every panel we make is checked by our team. This means there is a production lead time for each panel for your vehicle and this time is dictated by the panel and amount of work needed to create it to our high standards. Lead time is worked out using working days only (Monday to Friday, not including public and bank holidays).
A 10% non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your order, this will be requested when the order is placed.
Customers based in the UK can pay either by card payment or bank transfer.
International customers must pay by bank transfer, in either GBP or Euros. In line with international banking regulations, a bank transfer fee may be applied to your order.
All goods remain the property of Ex-Pressed Steel Panels until payment has been made in full and the goods have been dispatched.
We use several reputable shipping companies to deliver our parcels. Some of our panels will require a wooden shipping crate to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, if necessary, a crate will be added to your quotation.
Returns & Refunds
If you wish to cancel your order you must inform us as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receipt of your order. You will be responsible for returning your unwanted items to us. A refund will be provided if the items are returned to us in undamaged and un-modified condition.
If you are unhappy with an item you received or believe you have received an incorrect item you must inform us within 30 days of receipt of the item, we will either, replace, repair or refund. After the initial 30 days repairs and replacements are provided at our discretion.
